Is your card no longer working or has your transaction been refused ? Then check first:<\/p>\n
– If your card is activated (via the MyUp Luxembourg home page or via “My cards” in the Up Luxembourg app).
\n– If your card is still valid (check the expiry date on your card).
\n– If you still have an available balance
\n– If the merchant where your transaction was declined accepts the product available on your card.
\n– If, after verification, your Up Luxembourg card is still refused by several merchants, please return your card by post to our address: 9 rue du Laboratoire L-1911 Luxembourg.
