Although not very visible, meal vouchers are widely used and have a direct impact on how employees eat, organize themselves, and live their daily lives in Luxembourg. Faced with rising living costs and sometimes intense work schedules, more and more employees are relying on this benefit to balance their food budget, eat better, and treat themselves without feeling guilty. But how indispensable have meal vouchers become in everyday life ? And what do they reveal about employees’ real expectations in terms of quality of life ?<\/p>\n

Practical support every day, far beyond lunch<\/h2>\n

Unlike other employee benefits, which are often abstract or deferred, meal vouchers are used every day. The survey conducted in August 2025 by ILRES<\/a> for Up Luxembourg shows that for the majority of employees, they are far from insignificant:<\/p>\n
