Meal vouchers,
how do they work ?

Conditions for awarding:

Exempt from social security contributions and personal income tax.

These conditions apply if the employee contributes €2.80 and the employer contributes a maximum of €12.20.
Since 1 January 2024, the maximum face value of the cheque is €15.

Terms of use:

A meal voucher can be used to buy food and go to a restaurant.

Where can I find my PIN code ?

Via the My Up Luxembourg app :

Open the app and log in to your account.

Click on the "Hub" tab at the bottom right of the screen.

Select the "Cards" option to access your information.

Tap on "Reveal my PIN" to display it securely.

 

Via our website :

Log in to your My Up Luxembourg account on our website at the following address: account.up-luxembourg.lu/login/email

Go to the "My Cards" section.

Click on "Click to view" to display your PIN code.

How to send a reimbursement request to a colleague ?

On your app

  1. Click on "Hub" at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Select "Reimbursement."
  3. Click on "Create a new request."
  4. Choose the transaction to reimburse.
  5. Click on "Add colleagues."
  6. Select your colleague(s) from the list, enter the amount to reimburse, then click on "Request now."
  7. Your colleague will then need to validate the request.

How to reimburse a colleague ?

  1. Your colleague must submit a reimbursement request via their app.
  2. You will then receive a reimbursement request notification.
  3. You just need to validate it for your colleague to be reimbursed.
