How is my Up Luxembourg card topped up ?

Your Up Luxembourg card is recharged when you receive a cheque order from your employer.

As soon as the cheques have been topped up on your Up Luxembourg account, you will receive confirmation by e-mail (if your e-mail address has been added to your myUp Luxembourg account).

Do you have any questions about the number of vouchers you are entitled to, or the value of the vouchers you receive ? Don’t hesitate to contact your employer.
