How can I activate my Up Luxembourg card ?

You can activate your Up Luxembourg card in 2 ways:

– Activation by SMS: send the activation code mentioned in the letter accompanying your card to +352 691 766 618. You will then receive an activation confirmation by SMS and a password to log in to your MyUp Luxembourg account.

– Activation via “MyUp Luxembourg”: surf to https://my.up-luxembourg.lu/fr_LU/login and click on “Activate your card online”. Then fill in the required fields. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with your password. With this password, you can log in to your MyUp Luxembourg account.
