A national survey commissioned by Up Luxembourg and conducted by TNS ILRES reveals the multiple impacts of meal vouchers on employees’ lives.
For a long time, meal vouchers have been surrounded by preconceptions: that employees let them expire or that cross-border workers were not interested in them. We are convinced that only objective data can help us move beyond perceptions. We wanted to conduct this survey to give employers considering introducing meal vouchers concrete information to help them make an informed decision. The results reveal the reality: usage, expectations, and concrete benefits for both employees and companies.
